Thanks! Is there anything you can put on fake nails so that they wont turn yellow after tanning?
UV top coat or ';solar'; nails.. They do not turn dark when you tan =) and they last longer to boot, usually about 5-10 extra at salons that offer them =)Is there anything you can put on fake nails so that they wont turn yellow after tanning?
you can ask your manicurist.
sorry i'm not that sure but i would ask the oplace
I am not completely sure on this but maybe sunscreen?

That used to happen to me all the time tooo but I just would go get them re-done I never did use anything on them, should have though
No! but in logic, put the nails on after tanning.
They sell little rubber tip things to go over your nails at most tanning salons. Mine are pink... they really work!
They have a UV TOPCOAT at every nail salon! Ask for it (usually it's free) Or only $1-$2
You could wrap your hands in garbage bags. Then your hands would turn any more yellowe or orange either.
UV TOPCOAT Try that!
When I used to get my nails done, they would put a special topcoat on it. Also, my nail tech said to stay away from the metallic looking nail polish because something in it caused the nails to turn yellow in tanning beds.
You might try using sunscreen on them
Try wearing gloves! Seriously, The bath shops sell them, usually for softening your hands.... so why not kill two birds with one stone?! Happy Tanning!

if yellow toenails will not be treated early this will turn into something bad..Like having nail fungus and that is embarrassing.
