Acutally, Hydrogen Peroxide is much safer and more effective than bleach. Avoid using brown, orange, or dark red shades of nail polishes. These often have pigments in them that stain nails a yellowish color.

You should see your doctor, that is a symptom of a bigger problem. Don't use bleach on your skin its poisonous, try peroxide. But it could be a sign you are low o Iron, or having problems internally.
Stop wearing nail polish, soak your hands in bleach and water mix, and see a doc if all else fails, you may have a fungus
