How do i get this yellow tint off of my nails!!?

last spring break i went to get my nails french manicured at a nail place down in Florida. well, ever sense i took that polish off my toe nails have had a kind of yellow tint to them. i've tryed painting them and then when i take it off again they're still yellow.





how do i get rid of this?!

the yellow tint is where you put nail varnish on with out a base coat, what you should try to do is buff the nails and then in future use base coat before applying the nail varnish.
